Maddy loves to eat O's.... she can often be found taking a break from play long enough to stuff a few in her mouth. Then she is on to terrorizing the house once more!

Here is Maddy next to the firetruck's tire at Thanksgiving this year and last year. I wonder how old she will be when she is bigger than the firetruck tire. I'm guessing 4?

Licking My First Beater

Maddy's life has officially begun because she has perfected the art of beater licking. It was pretty much instinctual for her, she knew exactly what to do and got right down to business.

New Sling

I won this sling in a La Leche League auction at the conference earlier this month. We love it and it is a great way to get Miss Maddy to take a nap in a busy public place. It is an Ellaroo ring sling and very comfortable even at more than 21 pounds to carry around.

Maddy the Red-Nosed Toddler

While we were in Seattle last weekend Maddy took one of her famous face first tumbles. She gets going so fast, faster than her little legs can carry her. Here's the damage, we think she is just getting in the holiday spirit a little early this year (with dreams of Rudolph dancing in her head).

Great Grandpa Jerry

Look at me playing with my Great Grandpa Jerry! He came from Spokane to Seattle for a concert that his nephew conducted so my mama and I drove up to see him. We didn't go to the concert, but we did have a nice dinner in Seattle with Jerry's extended family. I had roast duck and I sure loved it! Nordstrom tastes on a KMart budget..... oh dear.
Hey look at this cool spinny twirly toy Grandma has at her house! Boy, it sure is hard to get a picture of me looking at the camera because I am just go go go go go go go all the time! Busy busy busy!!

Scarves

Maddy loves to play with scarves, she really starts laughing hard when we bring them out and put them on our heads for her to take off. Except she got a little too excited in the second picture and fell over backwards, but was lovin' every minute of it.... I got the idea from storytime at the library.
